Along with the fee, kindly submit following documents for renewal of membership:
- Copy of the latest income tax return for the preceding year.
- Copy of Sales Tax Return, if applicable/registered.
- Membership I.D.Card Form
- In case of any change in the business address, please provide a copy of lease deed/allotment letter along with request for change of address.
